Story Break is a monthly screenwriters meetup with focussed topics, special guests, table reads, writing exercises, and feedback forums. All are welcome to join us on the second Wednesday of each month for STORY BREAK – monthly meetup for screenwriters.
For our next meetup on Wednesday July 12th 2023, in celebration of summer we’re going hybrid! Join us in-person at NeighbourSpace in downtown Victoria, or on Zoom. This month’s session will tackle the topic of crowdfunding, with two special guests on hand: Denver Jackson will chat about his Kickstarter campaign for the feature animated film The Worlds Divide, and Jason Karman will discuss his Indiegogo campaign for the feature drama Golden Delicious.
