Are you an artist, filmmaker, writer, producer, director, cinematographer, actor, or anyone in need of resources to make your motion picture? Join CineVic for equipment rentals, workshops, production programs, professional development and exhibition opportunities, networking, volunteering, and collaboration! Memberships are valid for one year from date of purchase.
All membership levels have access to:
• Member rates on equipment rental, workshops, and other programs.
• One-on-one equipment consultations (by appointment).
• Earn and redeem CineCredits towards equipment rental.
• Access to Instagram takeovers of the CineVic account.
• Access to private member networking meetings and Facebook group.
• Access to the Independent Media Arts Access Network.
• Discounts on make-up, car rentals, film supplies, and more!
• Free postings in our e-newsletter (1200+ subscribers) and online members' group
• All members are automatically subscribed to our e-newsletter.
Production Membership
- Annual renewal: $110 +GST
- Member rates on workshops, equipment, and facilities rental
- Access to all production equipment
- Accumulate and utilize CineCredits
- Full voting privileges
- Eligible to run for Board of Directors
- Must submit a link or copy of a film or media artwork on which you served as producer, director, or cinematographer
- Want to lower your membership fee? Volunteer 7 hours in your first year and pay only $110 +GST to join
General Membership
- Annual renewal: $60 +GST
- Member rates on workshops, equipment, and facilities rental
- Access to some production equipment (see equipment pages for restrictions)
- Accumulate and utilize CineCredits
- Full voting privileges
- Eligible to run for Board of Directors
- Want to lower your membership fee? Volunteer 4 hours in your first year and pay only $60 +GST to join
Community Membership
- Annual renewal: $30 +GST
- Member rates on workshops, equipment, and facilities rental
- Access to some production equipment (see equipment pages for restrictions)
- Accumulate and utilize CineCredits
- Full voting privileges
- Eligible to run for Board of Directors
- This membership is intended for students or low-income individuals who self-identify from traditionally underrepresented communities, and are on a learning path to further explore the craft of filmmaking.
