  • Please tell us your artistic background, filmmaking area(s) of interest, current skill level, and what you hope to achieve in The Incubators program. Note that no filmmaking experience is required! (maximum 250 words)
  • Please describe your project. It is expected that participants will enter the program with a specific short film idea, which will be "incubated" over the next 8 months and ready for production by the end of the program. You may even have a short script already written, though it is not required. (maximum 250 words)
  • The Fine Print

    • Registration Fee is $1,000 for CineVic Members or $2,000 for non-members. Payment options will be available on the next screen after clicking "Submit", and will also be emailed to the applicant email address above. • Registration includes the 10 workshops listed in The Incubators 2019 program, a private one-hour working session with each mentor, and $500 equipment rental credit upon completion of the program. Attendance at all workshops is required to receive equipment rental credit. • Private mentorship sessions will be scheduled between the mentor and participant. • CineVic, the mentors, and fellow program participants may have already and may in the future receive or independently develop materials similar to your submitted film idea.
