CINE⚡SPARK Pitch Event ~ Wednesday May 19th 2021 @ 7pm PDT ~part of the 9th annual Short Circuit Pacific Rim Film Festival ~ Now in its fifth year, CINE⚡SPARK annually awards a production package of cash, equipment, and services worth over $17,500 to an outstanding short screenplay by a filmmaker from the Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands region.
