CineVic AGM + Lounge

Attention CineVic Members! Our Annual General Meeting is coming up on Friday June 22 at 6:00pm. This is your chance to hear a year-in-review of CineVic activities, and have your say in the future direction of the organization by electing our next board of directors.

We encourage both our new and veteran members to consider standing for election — time commitment varies but is generally a few hours per month including board meetings. If you are interested in running for the board, please check our Bylaws for a description of positions and responsibilities. If you are interested in running, but are unable to attend the meeting, please email director(at)cinevic.ca with a statement indicating which position(s) you are interested in and why members should vote for you.

We will also have sign-up sheets for members to volunteer for committees in the coming year.

Only current members who have paid their dues for 2018-19 are eligible to vote at the meeting. You can easily renew your membership at the CineVic Online Store or when you arrive at the meeting.

The AGM will be followed by the return of our famous CineVic Lounge social event with snacks and refreshments.
