Short Circuit: Pacific Rim

Short Circuit returns in 2017 with a showcase of films from around the Pacific Rim! Submissions are now open! We invite all filmmakers from countries, states, and provinces bordering the Pacific Ocean to submit their new short films for consideration in our 5th annual film festival. Enjoy screenings, parties, panels, and pitch events at Short Circuit, May 12 & 13 in Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, Canada's Pacific coast province.
