Explore and Create Grants Q&A w/ Canada Council for the Arts

Filmmakers and media artists: Planning to apply for a grant from Canada Council for the Arts to create your project? Join us online Thursday 5 March 2024 to learn tips on how to prepare a thorough proposal, budget, and support material for your application to the Explore and Create programs. Program Officer laura jeanne lefave will lead a conversation and Q&A about how to make a concise and persuasive argument for your project proposal, notes on the peer assessment (jury) process, and a look at the program guidelines including changes to application limits and deadlines. Prior to the workshop, participants are encouraged to create their profile in the Canada Council’s online portal and review your specific grant guidelines and application forms.
