Another banner year for the Short Circuit Film Festival has come and gone. We welcomed more than 20 local and visiting filmmakers attending from near and far, and garnered our largest audiences yet with a capacity crowd of over 200 for the Local Films program. And now (drum roll please) your 2019 Short Circuit and CINE⚡️SPARK awards!
